Chief Ezeagu is an Alumnus of Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, UK, University of Lagos, Nigeria and University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he obtained M.Sc. Corporate Governance & Finance, MBA Finance and B.Sc. Management degrees respectively. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Fellow, Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria and Member of Nigeria Institute of Management. His career spanned Consultancy, Banking, Finance and Capital Market. He is a Member of Finance Committee, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Committee Member of West African Capital Market Integration Council (WACMIC) among others.
He is a member of the prestigious Lagos County Club 1949 and PENA Club of Nigeria. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Association of Stockbroking Houses of Nigeria (ASHON) He was an AGM at Royal Merchant Bank Ltd, General Manager/CEO of Royal Securities Limited and a director of Hill Crest Investment Limited as well as Hillman Communications Limited before joining Solid-Rock Securities & Investment Plc as the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, in 1997. Chief Ezeagu is widely travelled and had attended many executive management training programs both locally and internationally.
