Chief Onyekwelu holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, and worked with Premier Breweries Plc, Onitsha where he rose to the position of Acting Chief Accountant before moving into private practice. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Kingbird Investment Trust Limited. He represents Kingbird Investment Trust Limited on the Board of Solid-Rock Securities & Investment Limited.
